Hello. I just wanted to share with you a relaxation technique that I use to calm myself when I am having a hectic day. I have found that a calm mind is a productive mind and that sometimes the stresses of the day can cause you to not perform at your utmost capability.
These videos are based on a relaxation technique referred to as ASMR or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a neologism for a perceptual phenomenon characterized as a distinct, pleasurable tingling sensation in the head, scalp, back, or peripheral regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, or cognitive stimuli.
