user has send back one coin to me and forgot the fee.
Normal there are 108500 ASIC SHARE COIN.
Now it show up 108499 in coinprism.
The send coin is destroyed or will go back?
it will go back but might take a few days. I think it happened to me once. But if it shows as 108499 on coinprism it might of destroyed. So basically no idea lol
This transaction has nothing to do with the destroyed coins. You will have to look at other transactions. The ownerlist is only uipdated when the transaction is confirmed as long as it is not confirmed the coin will be in the old address. transferring from one address to another is no cause for the total amount of coins to decrease. Someone else must have destroyed some of the coins by accident.
yes as long its not confirmed, then dividend goes to sender address
How can I find out which address has destroyed the one coin?
Now that is not easy. The only way to do this is ask the ownerlist for the asset for a specific block going back to earlier blocks then compare the addresses and amounts.
ahh, ok then owner must contact me
With the continued spamming of the bitcoin mempool this transaction will be most likely rejected by the network. Majority of blocks is full, the miners will probably not include this. You should wait 24 hours and take it from there.
Never re-issue assets unless you have the transaction that shows the destroyed asset AND it’s confirmed by the network! If the previously owner can’t produce the link and the asset remains in limbo, issue it back to yourself to match the total count that should be in circulation.
