I changed the firmware of my phone and didn’t realize that my Google Authenticator app was set up for Coinprism. Now I can’t log in, because it requires the Google Authenticator code. I’ve sent 2 emails to support, but haven’t gotten any reply. Does anybody have an idea on how I can log into my account so I can start sending dividends again?
do you have your private key? I cant think of a way to get around the two factor but you could import that wallet to another interface using the private key like GHcloud or something else and gain usability of the account again even if you are locked out through coin prism.
I have it all set up in GHCloud, I just don’t know of a way to send dividends except through Coinprism.
yeah idk never did dividends sorry
@Bishop81 sorry to hear that. The only way is to recover your account at coinprism. Unless you saved the google auth code when you activated the 2fa.
So you should contact coinprism and ask for the procedure to recover an account with 2fa. That will be the only way.
Thanks, I’ll try contacting them again.
Well, it doesn’t look like Coinprism support is actually working…
I guess I’ll just try creating a new account so I can create a new coin, distribute it out to people who currently have my GROW Coin, and then continue on.
