Nevermind. Looks like a fallen scam site:

I reset my password like you requested and I STILL cannot access my
account. After careful consideration, I feel I must report to you and
your site administrators that your login page/API is damaged and may
need to be repaired.

No other issues with the login were reported.
Could you please try resetting your password?

Thanks for getting back to me.
On your sign in page, there is NO CAPTCHA box. I have checked my
browser on other sited featuring CAPTCHA and it is active. You may
need to look at your site and see what is missing/wrong.

Recently, I have attempted to access my account and for some reason I got
"Invalid email/login or password" message. I then attempted to reset my
password. I then attempted to access my account with the new password you
have sent me. The login generated the "Invalid email/login or password"
message again. Assuming that I needed to clear my browser: I then cleared
all my cookies and shut down the browser. I restarted the browser and again
tried to access my account with the new password and still got the "Invalid
email/login or password" message.
If you could be so kind as to help me access my account and fix whatever
this is. Would be a great and tremendous help for the future.

From the looks of it, their login page has no captcha, their online service support has no damn clue what the ■■■■ they are doing, and there is no way to access anything. Glad I am staying away from this. Just a heads up to anyone who is brave to use this site. Good luck getting your money back.
